I think multiple things can be true with Deion's deal there -- he wanted the QB to look good, sure, but he also hired a guy who understands college offenses and let him do that ... he didn't hire his kids and cronies and just do the whole "I know more about football than anyone alive so i'll be ok"

Bluntly: Deion Sanders did a 200% better job than Bill Belichick of flipping a college roster overnight and getting it ready to play in less than 12 months. Deion's offense made more sense, was easier to grasp and gave that team a shot to compete. Belichick is coaching like talent is equal still.
Carolina doesn't have much talent at all and the Belichicks are coaching defense more or less the way Saban does it lol exactly and I do mean EXACTLY how you knew this would go Jimmy's and Joe's are alwayssssssssssssssssss more important at this level, William
TCU literally just spread the deck and UNC had absolutely no idea how to line up or what to do. If it's not a standard 11p look with a TE on the line and a balanced formation this is a problem and it'll be one ppppprobably for a while

I would say at Michigan it lasted like eightish years tbh -- every year of Rich, all of Hoke and at least the early part of Harbaugh every single time, with rare exceptions, on the road was a field storm. Rutgers rushed the field after beating an unranked 2-3 Michigan in 2014
that feels like a record -- and I was at every road game Brady Hoke coached at Michigan

Sort of a small deal but thought Garrett Nussmeier did a really nice job of throwing catchable balls on vertical attempts that drew DPI last night Most of those throws came against great coverage from Clemson and Nuss just gave his guy a shot and hoped for a flag. Worked more than it didn't.
