Sounds like more treason - there will of course have to be maximum sanctions and isolation on Russia for a VERY long time to make it harder for them to prepare for more aggression.
If the WILL is sufficient there always will be ways around formal obstacles meant for peace time when there actually is a war, and a member nation is supporting the aggressor - so this is NOT a valid excuse for not suspending Hungary from at least voting and economic support.
