If we use "John/Jane Doe" for unidentified people, why don't we use "John/Jane Jinggelhiemer Schmidt" for identity theft victims? I mean, I don't think it is right that we identify them with their names that got stolen?

Leadership is, in the end, not about stellar results but about ever building trust through having all the right pathways mapped. Trump's whole movement is the enemy of trust, as trust is rational. He is leading the blind faith folks. They are stubborn, but when they learn, they are the sacrifice...

Labor Day Message: Remember Horton Hears a Who? The Dr. Seuss' book about a member of the GOP hearing the little folks in a union? Yeah it is still fiction, like the GOP outreach to the unions. Big ears do hear the cry of people who want to be victims so they can... make them victims.

It is called masking, and it is just not worth it. Why do all the social cues of what a normal person is like just to appear "normal" to a normal person, while still being you? Unless you know they're worth it, don't bother. Sounds tiresome, interesting people will try to understand.

Working in the unknown is always scary, as the smarter you are, the better you can visualize all the things you don't. Set fire to a log and it changes the world, but leads to forest fires. Set Fire to an atom, and the world can burn from people who do not understand it. That is scary to me.

People value learning, but want to know a secret? Around half of what you know will become wrong or obsolete. If you really want to value learning and your own happiness value unlearning that which holds you back. James Baldwin was someone to learn from with this. I value his thinking so much.

Best advice I can give a new animator. If your goal is to learn everything, make your own tools. If your goal is to be fast, then Jenga: focus on taking everything out while learning shortcuts.
