Trump flew on an Epstein jet for 7 distinct trips logged in 1993 (4), 1994, 1995, and 1997, all domestic flights between Palm Beach Florida and the New York‑area airports. The 1994 flight return log also lists Reagan National.
There is not one flight log of Trump going to Epstein Island. Not a single one. And no other shred of evidence that he ever went there.

look there - we agree! Trump committed no crime (a multitude of reasons) and the investigation was facially unconstitutional. Biden admitted to committing a crime, but was not prosecuted because he was an “elderly man with poor memory,” and that a jury would likely pity him, therefore not convict.
As a lawyer, I know Trump was sentenced - unconditional discharge, which is the same sentence that any other similarly situated defendant would have received. The entire purpose of the shit show that was that case was not to put Trump in jail, but to keep him out of the White House.

Oh, and really. My assessment of the “34 felonies” is based on over 28 years as a criminal defense lawyer who has briefed SCOTUS. “[W]hat he’s doing everyday” has absolutely no bearing on either the lawfulness or Constitutionality of those convictions.
First, there were no crimes to commit. They were made up specifically for him, charged and tried in State court (while misapplying Federal statutes), and 7 other solid appealable issues, any of which would result in the “convictions” being overturned.
I don’t need to tell myself anything. It is a comment based on over 38 years a criminal defense lawyer that has briefed SCOTUS. The question is, what are you going to tell yourself when they ARE overturned?
You do realize that (a) Trump and his lawyers, like any party in a civil or criminal jury trial, only have a hand in selecting the jury, and (b) Trump raised 8 separate issues on appeal, on each of which he has a very good chance of prevailing…aka overturning his conviction.
