It's "expensive" to live here. As a regular worker in the economy you are given pay etc to keep up with cost of living, but I only make as much as individuals are willing to support me with. And I DO get a lot of money from Patreon, but HERE I'm basically on minimum wage, lol.
There's not a whole lot of paid ones in comparison to the free ones to be fair, but thanks for following on the Patreon nonetheless!

The wait is almost over. Next storyline starts on Tuesday! It will feature characters. Things will happen. Is it the start of phase 3 of the Nortverse? Was there even a phase 2? Tara and Beverly have wrapped shooting but will return for reshoots as I'm still writing the script.
Since I'm inbetween storylines I have once again managed to find a roguelite game that consumes me, and I can't recommend it enough. Drop Duchy. It's tetris, it's Catan, it's a deckbuilder, it's build synergy and it's like crack, at least to me. There's a basegame+Tribe dlc sale on steam rn too.

The opening scene shows this mysterious hybrid monster and then it show up in the last 20 minutes to eat a guy and be the last obstacle before they get away, like. This is the movie equivalent of when you start writing something out on a sign and realize you're running out of space for the letters.
Here's why I think this is the worst one: With ALL the Jurassic films, except the first one which is perfect, you can ask yourself "why is this happening?" You'll notice that in all of them except this one, it's happening for a reason, even if that reason is stupid. in this one, things just HAPPEN.
Like, they dedicated half the movie to a family that was just on a sailboat who they had to rescue randomly, but they fucked around on the island BY THEMSELVES for the entire movie ANYWAY, and the only payoff to this B-plot is that the small child can fit through the bars of a gate at the end.
Well, I've finally seen Jurassic World Rebirth and it's honestly really impressive how a movie with so many cool ideas managed to waste literally all of them.

Gameplay is fun so far, with mix of parrying/dodging and punishing after, and just straight up hack and slash. It leans Soulslike, but think Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty more than Sekiro. Also has mostly fun (but sometimes frustrating) platforming and exploring.
It's official. I am a gooner. Played Stellar Blade. Tits bouncin', ass quakin'. It's good, honestly. So far it definitely feels like they spent more time on THE PLOT than the plot, but the combat is good so I'll look past it basically being legally distinct Nier Automata fan fiction.

I'll say this. My favorite part about this game so far is that you get to disagree with your inner monologue. It's cathartic, in a way, to be able to tell the part of your brain that wants booze and drugs to fuck off, for example. I also shoved my thumb up my ass to become honorable, in public, so.
An update on my playthrough: Body is still in the tree. I am now roleplaying as someone *trying* to get their shit together, but I'm still pissing people off somehow. Investigated a haunted chimney, got some money from a boat lady, yet I'm still fully committed to recycling bottles for a living.

If EVER, a Bloodborne remaster will be a PS6 launch title like Demon's souls was for PS5. They're not wasting that on the PS5, OR on the PC market. It will be a console seller. And if it ISN'T a launch title for the PS6, I'm pretty sure any potential Bloodborne remaster is long dead.
