Although I am deeply skeptical of US Congress members & US Senators personally stock trading, 1) Electeds don’t vote against their own profits, they simply never do, making this issue only a time suck, 2) national security found such trading made elected officials focus much harder on the future.

As a devout liberal Dem, I am intrigued by this non-profit model, where Swiss co-ops are nonprofits, tenants buy a membership which appears to be a no-interest loan to the co-op, which is repaid by the co-op in the end at face value, & pay a low rent. Co-op profits build more smart growth housing.
