It was 87 and humid. But I wanted to see where I’m at. 1 mile at easy pace then half mile at 5k pace. By the last rep I was pretty broken, and my mouth was a desert. But I persevered. #running is currently the thing that brings me the most joy.
It was only like 15 years ago when I would go to Barnes and Nobels and pick out multiple fantasy magazines, now we have so much access at our fingertips. It’s crazy the speed this has grown.
