No - cosmic exploration is a side thing for crafting and gathering- like the Firmament in Ishgard - in this new update they’ve added a 2nd area now - don’t know how many they plan to do though
I have 1 point I’ve never used Fax xD -

Yeah a lot of people are jumping on the bandwagon of hate without knowing the full picture - could’ve been something else if he had the support needed
Truly :( - could’ve been so different if they had the support from the start - I hope they can bounce back from this
The cons in this game don’t actually effect me (I can keep playing) - nothing rage inducing or make me want to quit - it’s just rough around the edges which I can deal with
Yeah it’s always good to form your own opinion or go by your gut instincts even if it’s the opposite of the majority- a 5, 6 or 7 out of 10 game is completely fine (good to play variety of things to broaden your horizons too)
Despite these heavy changes, very low budget and struggles - I’m enjoying it for what it is - not the best but it’s alright -

Close to 900 now - when i hit ocean fishing itll jump up fast
Yeah i started out going from the top of the list and trying to complete each spot before moving to the next - did a handful before i decided to just fish anywhere and unlock each spot (progress was too slow) - all the fish im missing i'll work on later (like the rares) - as theyll take time
I havent even done ocean fishing yet xD - been unlocking every fishing spot in the log - once ive done that im heading over to the sea!

One step closer to showing the actual battle taking place! - always been fascinated by this - giant squid - the deep etc
The battle itself has never been captured as up until now we’ve only ever seen scars or a tentacle left in ones mouth - this vid however looks to be a first of showing almost a whole squid (dead of course) in its mouth - so you get a sense a shear size - never seen anything like this before
Just seen a vid of a Sperm Whale with an actual giant squid in its mouth - incredible as I think it’s the first time something like that has been captured Meanwhile the comments: gRoK iS tHiS tRuE? wHy iS iT cAlLeD a sPeRm wHaLe? iTs AI DID NONE OF YOU WATCH NATURE DOCUMENTARIES GROWING UP?!

Yeah and the thing is - people are overly critical and picky these days if it doesn’t blow them away in the first minute, has AAA graphics, open world etc - but even though they’ve pointed out the rough things (and I’ve noticed them too) - they’re not something that would make me stop playing

It’s not bad (it’s like a 7/10 kinda game which is fine) - it’s rough on some things (I’m using JP voice over as I did hear beforehand the English dub wasn’t that great lol) - I’m not fussy either with some of the things people are moaning about (I can look past it) - overall I’m having fun

They always do the announcement at the JP fanfest - it’s typically a couple of months after it

I originally thought 8.0 was gonna be out in Autumn next year but fanfest is dropping then - maybe they’ll shake things up this time by giving a shorter surprise release date
Seen a lot of people say because of how late fanfest is - 8.0 won’t come out till April 2027 - but my gut is telling me it’ll release sooner than we think - Dec or Jan - they most likely spread things out more this time to try and tie things in with the whole ‘Winterer’ thing - #FFXIV -

It was supposed to arrive tomorrow but they cancelled it - I order out as a guest on thier site because I ain’t making an account to order 5 things then never use it again tbh - on the site it says if I order one now it’ll arrive in 12 days but I’ll need to wait for the refund to go through first

It’s actually still in stock on thier website so I have no idea why they cancelled it - don’t have the time/cba for this hassle :/
