I am just about to get on Netflix and watch the docuseries. I remember watching the Spike Lee documentary and when I tell you I was shaken to the coreโฆ I didnโt know NG had one too.

How walkable most of them are. The access to numerous (free!) cultural events. Hearing different languages being spoken is really comforting. Some have amazing transportation.
I had the tremendous privilege of growing up in Mexico City. Itโs colorful, chaotic, insanely rich with culture, and the warmth of all the diverse groups of people is unmatched. CDMX is perfectly imperfect. Itโs wild with green and gorgeous flowers. Itโs also messy. The sense of community โฅ๏ธ๐ค๐ป
