I'd argue her odds of surviving out of prison are better than her odds of surviving in prison. She can move anywhere in the world,hire some actual bodyguards, get a massive book deal, and help humanity by getting many child rapists prosecuted.

My point is only that if she enjoys being a prosecutor, being swept up by a private law firm is not exciting and probably not what she wants to be doing, but yes, it's a job.

He was born on an army base, not on US soil. Also, his father was a naturalized citizen, not a US born citizen, and had only been in the US for 9 years, not 10 as is required to pass on citizenship. The devil is always in the details when it comes to immigration law.
