Also, history is part of the humanities. I love history. So I know what happened the last time that scientists were trained to divorce head and heart. What happened was animal vivisections. Forced sterilizations. Defending biased actions with 'pure reason'. In a word: evil. That's what happened.

The take away is: find your thing, and work on it. Even if it's small. Yes, everything's a mess. And people like the ones on this show are helping, slogging, *working* for better. Yes, things are scary. And things are changing. Yes, fear is a sensible reaction. And so is resolve to do something.
There's some great work out there right now for After the Revolution, but we always need more. If you make this a collaboration or an anthology, I'm in!

I do adore watching shows like this and Walking With Dinosaurs, because the creators are amazing storyteller. When you watch triceratops showing off their colorful frills or spinosaurus grabbing his babies to put them back in the nest where they belong *over and over*, they come alive in your head.
Watching the prehistoric world to drown out the current world's noise. Because IT HAS TO STOOOOOP heh. Beelzebufo will drown it out.
I can tell you that it is absolutely a warm hug in audio form. You feel like you're sitting with an elder sister getting the truth in kind and wise ways.
