Its hard because i do see a lot of artists tying success to monetary value in their art and it can really drain motivation for working on things. With my jewelry ive sunk a lot of time into it with basically no monetary return other than cool stuff for myself which does keep me going.

Todays fun lil science fact. Many gemstones contain chromium which shows up as a red hue. This isnt always visible but the presence of it almost certainly effects the color of a stone. This is what makes rubies that really nice red.

To my surprise i have school 4 days a week! So i have little free time now and work is stressful because i have no car and I also cant afford a new car. I dont get why im being dealt such a shit hand i just want to be able to survive. I just want to make art and have a good time.
