Oregon legislators are discussing the transportation funding bill in a work session following about two hours of public testimony. Rep. Drazan (R) acknowledged that people rely on transit to get to doctor’s appts but suggested they could use OHP taxi/rideshare reimbursement instead.

There was a hearing about Zenith’s LUCS at the Oregon Court of Appeals today (starts at ~1:40). Shockingly, the City of Portland’s attorney said that conditions on Zenith’s activities — which are referred to as binding conditions in the LUCS — are not enforceable by the city. This is an outrage.
