153 councils (and falling, due to reorganization) responsible for SEND. So, yeah, there are layers of people there. I only want a tiny, hugely hands-on kind of company. Where I do weekly check in meetings with clients because I really love what they're about.
Lack of marketing, in all honesty. The right people in each of the 153 councils don't know we exist. And even if they do, contracts don't expire quickly (yes, we're competing with big incumbents)
So somehow we have to tell everyone* else about that... Yes, all 153 of them. (Ok, there are others "below" them. And maybe I can mailshot a pile of adjacent businesses and charities too... Thanks for taking the time, Jason. I really appreciate it. 🙏

I'm excited about the work we're doing with Calderdale and Leeds on a mainstream inclusion directory. Beyond inclusion "ideas", teachers need evidence-informed, practical activities that can support children, universally and individually. (There's also an audit which builds on this...)
