What decision between January and December 2017 do you think would have come out differently with Garland on the Court? And why do you think that decision would remain after Garland left the court in December 2017 and was replaced by a MAGA?

Doesn’t fucking matter, it would have slowed down everything in the works. Because that’s what you do when you fight fascism - you throw everything you can in the way. Instead of rolling out the red carpet and sending out more fundraising emails.
