Gov. Patrick Morrisey, R-W.Va. announced he was sending 300-400 Guard troops to Washington, DC. SC Gov. Henry McMaster authorized 200 of his state’s Guardsmen and OH Gov Mike DeWine said his state would send 150 military police.
