I'll never understand why 36.2% of registered U.S. voters failed to cast a ballot in 2024. We have no power politically other than our voices and filing lawsuits unless we win in the midterms in 2026. In addition, the White House is being ruined by building a ballroom and a concrete courtyard.
Walking is really good for our physical and mental health. It's like a runners high and is also attributed to lowering ones risk of getting Alzheimer's, cancer and heart disease.
One of the best things for addressing noted issues are taking long walks. If you have access to forests or water, these are also healthy for us.
