This was a permitted event (literally there was a permit granted by the city). We are nowhere near the curfew. It was wall to wall “just vibes” shit and now there’s tear gas and national guard.

Yeah. My work used to be video-documenting the policing of protest. (Mostly NYC and D.C.) I also did human rights work in N. Ireland after the peace process, focusing on policing. So, I have seen police do all kinds of not good things. Just wanted to check. Thanks again! 🙏🏼 Stay safe, sister!
