Agreed. We need a new breed if we are going to get anywhere ever again. Those 6 are a good start. Smart as a whip, and hearts and minds on America and her people. Not for sale, well, not yet (is that cynical of me to say that?)

They’re a good start but they are constantly being fought by the “Party establishment”. So it’s Republicans AND Democrats vs. outspoken Democrats. This is nuts 🤦‍♀️

The refusal to actually do the job AS THE PEOPLE WHO ELECTED YOU WANT IT DONE, is insanity. The old guard is so entrenched in "our way or the highway" that its insane. I'm 68 - some of those that need to go are younger, but even I know progress isn't made with the "same old same old".

Part of the process is “passing the torch”. We have a generation that refuses to do so and it’s taking the rest of us over the edge. We’re in an era where everyone vying to be king have no understanding that the kingmaker is more powerful. Pearls before swine!

I think you touched on the worst part; they all see what’s happening but are refusing to stand up and swing back. I can’t stand a one of them, but the new GOP are true activists. They’re fighters. They’re nasty. Democrats are still politicians through and through. That’s just not going to cut it

Everyone needs to feel supported. It’s a human thing. One person needs to get their hands dirty then others will follow. Sometimes that’s a loudmouth leading the march or it’s a person in a prison cell with nothing to lose. Other times it’s a dead body, a martyr. Someone has to set the stakes.
