A good question. I don’t see many of either from publishers. If you’re aware of any publishers doing translations of contemporary fiction from Welsh or Irish, point them in my direction.

I wondered if they were not being very proactive. I will certainly encourage them to send you some - I know people at Honno, Seren, Y Lolfa and UWP. Books Council Wales seems to have abandoned its job here.
