No. I meant all of Trump’s transphobia policies. Newsom would be fine with trans people serving in the military. He signed laws protecting trans privacy. He wouldn’t deny Trans people passports unless they’re deadnamed, or force trans people to serve in the wrong prisons or deny them healthcare.

He is already denying people healthcare though. Like do you think he hasn't done anything in regards to trans people since 2023?

Because it’s already a requirement under CA law to take the health safety and welfare of the child into consideration when determining custody. It also sets a bad precedent that we are now going to dictate parental fitness based upon religious or political beliefs.
