@strictscrutiny.bsky.social We will have 2 vacancies on the Supreme Court open up next year before the midterms. Alito and Thomas will retire within weeks of each other. And they will retire relatively close to the midterms. They will be replaced with Justices Aileen Cannon and Matthew Kacsmaryk.
