I think urban city folks should all make an effort go out in nature even if it’s just to hike a bit near home or something. Nothing seems to matter anymore when you are experiencing nature and all the noise goes quiet 😌

Agreed. I write a monthly letter called Poetry of Nature, and I’m always urging my readers to be out and about in nature and to be looking closely at things like trees, insects, birds and animals. The encounters that they have and the healing poems that they share is nothing short of miraculous!
