Did you listen to the audio series by Bill and Doug Kings of the North? I never considered Jim operated like someone down south, what it took to win.

To be fair: Part of that is true. Harbaugh was aggressive with everything in ways other Michigan coaches weren’t. He pushed boundary’s and looked for ways to bend rules basically because you had to. Urban was full on SEC. Harbaugh eventually realized you have to be willing to go there a bit.
