When Dal-E first released to the public, I prompted a bunch of "AI art" to use as album art for songs I post on SoundCloud that don't make me any money. It didn't take long for this to feel dirty to me and not in a good way. The process of replacing all of that with visual art I created myself
Has been so incredibly, tangibly rewarding. My music still isn't making any money, but everything you see or hear on any of my profiles all came straight from my mind and hands. I've dug into symbology and archetypal studies and Qabalah and the Tarot, and feel so much more connected with my species.
