Have you ever lived in a former Soviet nation? They have had a strong influence, taking away all the people's power, replacing it with the rigid ideals of the Communist Party, resulting in a long term and ultimately worse impact than even Hitler. A communist is no better than a National Socialist.
I have, and every single nation in the communist block was much better off until shock therapy, even accounting for near-genocidal levels of trade blockade from the majority of the global economy. Many older people (50+) still look back fondly to the times when the Union still existed.
Stalin's worst crimes were primarily against those living in Georgia, and the Caucasus region. Making those people incredibly brutal. Their culture? It won't ever be the same.

The people who made it worse than Nazism were Stalin, and Lenin, not me. They were more successful than Hitler, but for the love of all that is holy that does not make them better. They were just more stealthy about their genocide.

Where I live, shitting on all incarnations of murderous political systems inspired by the same textbook, imposed on us by force, which murdered us en masse, is as common as shitting on a nazi symbol. Noone gets triggered, cause even after several decades you see how deep was the impact of communism

Never said I was, but equating them to Nazism is something that most scholars (left and right) agree is revisionism. It’s used by Nazis themselves to minimise their crimes and justify their genocides of Soviet peoples. Baltic states use it to minimise their role in the Holocaust as well…
