Has anyone had experience with gallbladder issues? Don’t want to diagnose myself via the internet, but this pain I’m getting fits. Not pleasant.

Yes, mine ruptured full of gallstones 10 years ago. Tell the doctors or go to A&E saying you're in searing agony and can't eat. Only cure is removal but it works as leaving it too long could cause severe pancreatic issues.

Cheers. I thought it was muscular, but the pain radiates from right upper abdomen to upper shoulder. Worse lying down.

It's a hideous pain, the worst I've ever had. In the end it radiated all over my body. Soluble codeine helped.

When mine ‘went,’ it was horrific pain after eating anything…had a massive stone taking up the whole thing, so it didn’t ‘show’ on ultrasound. Fun fact: you can have attacks from a retained stone, years later…ask me how I know! Defo get it checked ASAP.

Thanks Lisa. I’m not noticing it being worse after eating, but I’ll still get checked out. Sounds unpleasant, hope things are better for you now.

Honestly, instant relief after surgery…apart from the ‘surprise’ stone, years later.
