Yeah, I have regrets. Then I broke down driving last night while they interviewed an 8 yo girl who was just in a school shooting on the first day of school. I had just left the school to meet teachers and drop things off for our first day. I have an 8 yo little girl.
We just got lucky. I normally wouldn’t be too worried about them watching an Avengers movie. And… yeah. I know. 🫂 Our youngest is 10. I can’t believe we’ve spent all of our kids’ school careers worried about this because no one will DO anything.
I got super pissed at the couchfucker for saying no one thinks prayer is a substitute for action, bc his action says exactly that.
I despise him most of all.
And I’ve been trying real hard not to color their new school year with my fear and anger about it bc they deserve to fully enjoy it. But it feels dishonest.
