It's just crazy. I assume it's going to slow down at some point, but I'm on 5mg so I have room to step up. But at the moment, my biggest problem is making myself get enough calories.

don't ignore calcium. In fact, bone up (pun intended) on D3 +K2 for improved calcium uptake.

I start the day w a hard boiled egg and some avocado but it’s harder to fill out the rest tbh that’s why in addition to fat I’ve lost muscle so I’m starting to work on that now that I’m pretty much at my goal weight after 8 months

I've been very good on the protein, between egg whites, tuna fish, and chicken. I can't believe how many less carbs I'm having versus the old days.
