Tip from experience: If 5 is working don’t step up just because it’s there.

don't ignore calcium. In fact, bone up (pun intended) on D3 +K2 for improved calcium uptake.
Get that protein in. MJ as they call it in the UK is a miracle.
I start the day w a hard boiled egg and some avocado but it’s harder to fill out the rest tbh that’s why in addition to fat I’ve lost muscle so I’m starting to work on that now that I’m pretty much at my goal weight after 8 months
Great, and the increase in muscle will keep your base metabolism ticking over higher so win win. 💪
I've been very good on the protein, between egg whites, tuna fish, and chicken. I can't believe how many less carbs I'm having versus the old days.
