Great, now I’m going to be stuck trying to figure out how to rank the GOTGs all day today. Just gonna have some chunk of mental ram working in the background arguing about parts vs wholes.

It was honestly tricky to rank the Guardians movies because they’re all great but I was deciding on key factor. The top 3 of this list of films that have and will stay with me for years

Agreed. 1 is the strongest ensemble piece, but doesn't have the same emotional punch of 2 or 3. Rocket's story in 3 is fantastic, but everything else is bland. 2 felt best in the theater, but there's a poison message at the core ("accept your abuser if/because there's a worse one out there!")
