The point would be how the enforcement is applied- so, if you imagine how Newsom would possibly apply a ruling in CA's favor to remove the NG and USMC finally, but Trump Admin refuses, what type of conflict does that create between the two parties, would we actually see this play out in "real" -

- conflict or would we see the military branches follow those orders, would that go against what their "commander in chief" is calling for, etc. I get it, with the doubt in the courts, it's hard rn esp with how long it takes things to play out. But we don't want the military attacking CA either 🤞🏻
