He was a speaker at an event I organized 9 years ago; The South Florida VeganFest. At the time, I was careful who I selected as speakers. He was vegan for the animals.

Definitely something (someone) more people need to see. Particularly the ones who think being vegan will turn you into some kind of weak, unhealthy scarecrow just wasting away.

I've known healthy vegans, super healthy athletic vegans, and unhealthy vegans. The only thing I can say for sure is that being vegan will make you a more ethical, and a less violent person.
