According to the FT she only owns 1 property She never owned the London one and she relinquished her stake in the Ashton one months ago according to the Financial Times and she's no longer on the deeds As the flat is the only one she owns, it's correct for her to pay 5% www.ft.com/content/3480...

Yes she pays council tax and lives some of the time in the Ashton house, but you don't need to own a property to do either of those things It sounds to me like an amicable divorce arrangement, where she gives up her share of the house so her children have a place to stay and she can visit

Yep, she gave up her share of her family home to her ex-husband who continues to live there permanently with their children, she bought herself a flat with her own money & mortgage, on which she pays the higher rate of council tax as her 2nd home because she pays CT on her family home. …
