Respectfully, the scammers are going to be making the same claims as the real people. If there was anything you could put in your profile or messages that reduced a risk of being banned, they would be using it as well.

And a scam organization is in a position to test multiple strategies at once, see which evades bans longest, and then start running more with that approach. They can find and exploit exceptions quickly and at scale in a way real people can't.
