Also, why is it alway men and old women? Although now, I see a sharp decline in men causing us issues. Likely cause young SD is a German Shepherd. Works for me.

I accidently gave some attention to a service dog. The dog had a vest on which I stupidly didn't read. The dog looked identical to my dog that had just died a few weeks before. I apologized and appreciated how graceful she was about it. It sucks when people can't just admit when they're wrong.

Yeah absolutely, if people GENUINELY don't know, like they are a tourist or whatever, and apologise I can sort of get over it. If they are open to the learning moment. But yeah, unfortunately people generally get defensive and rude
