If the world is addicted, then what role do AB & SK play? Are we part of the "drug" cartels?

We've been told that we produce the cleanest O&G in the world, but isn't that like a cartel saying they produce the cleanest drugs?

It seems that, however clean our "product" is, cleanliness isn't the problem. Use of the product is the problem. So are we merely producing for addicts?
