Furthermore, since The Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA) "is responsible for provincial emergency management, fire safety, wildfire management and managing Saskatchewan's 9-1-1 emergency dispatching services.", I'm wondering if there is a wildfire management plan?
