MTG Commander thought. if you're playing a commander in bracket 3 who doesn't draw cards, and your opening hand is sol-ring arcane signet and ramp with not clear payout, do you keep it and full send it? or ship it/ slow play it to not become a target when you can't deal with any threats yet?

I'd probably hold back a bit until I had at least one or two responses. It feels kinda bad to have to ramp to get back to parity rather than jump ahead but if you make yourself a target too early you'll never get the chance.
