I have managed to create a new problem for myself. Instead of focusing on One commander deck, I now want to focus on.... 6? 7? Clearly I can't be trusted with access to the internet and affordable singles 🤣
I think the biggest thing that's gonnna lead to vivi turns is the giant non-deterministic combo turns. My opponent in my last match spent most of their clock on a single turn and it was so godforsakenly boring.
And that's wraps on 7.3 MSQ! No spoilers obviously, but I felt like this was a Very strong patch, both from the writing and the fight design. Haven't tried the EX yet, but I'm going to be going in as soon as I can find free time. Overall, I can't wait to see what 7.4 has in store.
I'm hanging on by a thread from making a selection of Canlander decks to play with friends after watching so much North 100. You're going to ruin my wallet when you do this 😅 I look forward to selling a kidney.

I missed out on homeworld because we were a mac family at home, so it was all Warcraft and Starcraft. By the time they finally came to Mac, I wasn't in a place to get into RTS games anymore.

I remember I outsourced all of the missiles and ammo that could go boom to folks in missile boats. I think I had like... a laser? Maybe two? and my job was to spot and then Not Die.

Here's a controversial one, most likely. I bounced so hard on the combat in ME1 that I've never been back to the series. No real opinion on it at all beyond that. If I had infinite time and energy, I'd probably go back and try it again, but I've never had a compelling reason to.

Very few things have fulfilled my "I wanna be a support" fantasy as much as being a tiny little spotter mech in Mech Warrior Online. Jenner? Commando? I can't remember which, but it was a blast, and I've always had a soft spot for it as a result.
Civilization as a series remains one of the game series I wish I had childlike patience to get back into. I remember playing civ 3 for Hours at a time, and right now I just look at the whole thing and it all turns into a mess that I can't hold straight in my mind.

MTG Commander thought. if you're playing a commander in bracket 3 who doesn't draw cards, and your opening hand is sol-ring arcane signet and ramp with not clear payout, do you keep it and full send it? or ship it/ slow play it to not become a target when you can't deal with any threats yet?

A week later, and I'm very happy to report that I'm vibing quite nicely with Beneath the Dragoneye Moons and can easily recommend it as a Very different end of the genre from DCC. It's much slower paced and watching Elaine grow into her skills and role as a healer has been excellent.
