From my Texas cousin: Feckin’ local officials are still hanging their hats on old forecasts of 6 inches but completely ignoring all the confirmed and warnings and escalating flash flood warnings that stated around 1:00 am. They ignored until after 5:00 am - FOUR HOURS LATER.
