Medicaid recipients are on the plan for many reasons, but by definition do not have the ability to become itinerant with travel, lodging, childcare or elder care, etc. Many are unable to do sustained physical tasks. Also: Farmworkers are skilled laborers who deserve respect for their craftsmanship.

Agree completely. My family has been in agriculture since the 1800s - small family farms, vineyards, citrus and avocado farms. The amount of human labor that is required to plant, harvest and pack is tremendous. As kids, I worked with my cousins to harvest fruit, light smudgepots and pack fruit.
