You don’t need to convince me—I love plums and trees and flowers! Just, yeah, you’ll also have to buy that single malt while you’re waiting for your plums.

I would get a bottle of Šljivovica instead, to stay in the theme. It is much cheaper than single malt, and gives the same buzz.

Plus it shows the plum tree what success looks like!

Oh, nice! I was going to say that I didn’t realize that was a thing (despite being ethnically Polish), but now that I’ve read that it’s often homemade/moonshine, I think I have had it actually! 😄

It tastes more like prunes than plums. And if you've ever seen the amount of fruit that a single three can produce, all ripe in a couple of weeks, it makes perfect sense that people had to find other ways to use them
