Here's what I'd be suggesting if hired by democratic candidates. Y'all need to get some hard core policy people with fresh ideas for your campaigns.

How about doing something different? Hire a policy person instead of just finance people. Dems need to give people a reason to vote for them, not just reasons to vote against Republicans. here's a sliver of what I'd be developing if hired for a campaign.
