Technically, a few are gerrymandering. However, I don't care how "dirty" of a play it is. Republicans have played dirty since the US began. Most red states are gerrymandered to ensure republican victory. ND and SD are split to give Repubs more votes, too. If they gonna play dirty, we should too.
If the republicans didn't gerrymander they would never win another election anywhere.
They unfortunately would in some areas, either because the culture is just that shit, or the minorities that should be progressive have been oppressed to the point they're brainwashed into thinking having less rights is good (Example: the south)
