and yes, many of us do just bring our own food and eat alone bc we have control over it and we actually medically need that control or our bodies won’t function!!! but that’s yet another way we’re left out 2/2
and that’s not even mentioning complicated relationships with food linked to your diagnosis… i know there’s a lot to keep top of mind. i know bc if we don’t keep it top of mind, our bodies can’t get through the day
