The Budos Band
The Budos Band
I am totally unfamiliar with them, but their description on Wikipedia sounded really fascinating. Something I'd definitely be into. Based on a quickie sampling on iTunes, I'll say Chicago Falcon.
Check out "Unbroken, unshaven" and let me know what you think!
Pretty darn good!
Yay! I love introducing people to them! I think that song has probably my favorite sax solo of all their stuff.
Interpol
Another group I must confess I'm unfamiliar with. They sound like the heirs apparent to Joy Division. After poking around a bit on iTunes, I'll go with C'Mere.
I’m tempted to repost solely as a bit and every reply is some variation of “I believe that IS a band”
Erza Furman.
Another artist I'm unfamiliar with. She kind of reminds me of Robyn Hitchcock in his more folky mode. Based on a quick iTunes sampling, I'll say either Love You So Bad, or Tell 'Em All To Go To Hell.
The entire Transangelic Exodus album is great.
The Five Neat Guys
Who Made the Egg Salad Sandwiches
The Sweet
Block Buster!
Bonzos
The Intro and the Outro. Runner-up would be Hello Mabel.
