You think they don't? It seems to me the unfairness of being able to effortlessly monetise others' works thru AI is rightly upsetting a lot of creators. The language around theft etc stems from this and the lack of representation of creators in the drive for wider use of gen AI
I don't think it's "effortlessly" that's the problem. Creating AI takes an awful lot of effort- the problem is a combination of the consequences of AI and the moral worth people attach to creative arts Vs technology
