If someone was able to show a link to vaccines and autism they would be given all of the grants and all of the fame. There is no magic head of science deciding what can be released and what cannot, this is just the silliest darn thing.

Same for anything having to do with the afterlife. All the psychics, mediums, ghost Hunters... How many millions of dollars is currently up for grabs for any proof of the afterlife? They'd be an instant celebrity, Billionaire & hallowed guest of every religious leader on earth.

Hell there were things like the James Randi prize where all people had to do was demonstrate what they believed and show it was real and you get a cash prize. We are begging for proof cause that would be fascinating.
