Oh god, I only ever had one suite with a neurosurgeon and they literally had to rotate scrub techs in and out about every 10 minutes because this son of a bitch was so insufferable. I flat refused to work with him

I remember the neurosurg team at the first ICU I worked at…one of the attendings was super cool and I loved dealing with him! The other…was a bit more like what you describe, and the NP working with him was a complete fucking shitbird. I couldn’t stand her.
