My guess is they're trying to imply that he was maliciously struck by the domestic abuser? Or that it proves he wasn't drinking before the accident? I'm really not sure.

God I didn’t even think that he was driving himself. Imagine stopping at a red light and seeing Rudy Giuliani next to you. Guess we won’t have to worry about that much longer though 🤞
